Oil Paintings with a Contemporary Carolina Connection.with color, I create a rich energy throughout each painting that captures a glow. I find pleasure in painting something that has a feeling, not necessarily realistic.

I want my paintings to challenge viewers to rediscover what is most important to their own fulfillment, to think more deeply and be fully aware of the tapestry of life that surrounds and nurtures all. For me, making art is a state of ecstasy and of grace, and I seek to share that feeling by applying pigment, palette knife and brush to canvas and creating exhilarating displays of color
